There are way too many guys who love women in control. Female-led Relationships websites have 90% male searchers and 10% women. Secretely there is an increasing number of males who prefer to relinuquish control and they are attracted to women in charge. Perhaps, especially if they are older and more traditional they will never admit it. This site gives them an opportunity to let the woman take the initiative. It is a radical way to reverse an old cliche way of dating.

First off if everyone really understood the chemistry and inate responses to attraction you would understand that this site is pretty cool, it compliments the dna side as well as society's role of leaving the end result of dating someone or not up to the woman.. After all attraction works by everyone initially going after the most good looking mate and goodlooking is really about semestrics and alignment of the face and body style. So we all start out after the better looking person, but learn quickly that we must adjust our type according to our own asthetics (or our own looks) like kinds tend to end up together.. think about it, it is very rare to see a "sexy" woman with an "ugly" man or vice versa... so this site lets the women who have already learned "their type" search through and choose (instead of serveral messages from nontypes flooding your message board) and even helps the women and men who have not already learned what type or look of person will be what they have to go after... so... this site is pretty cool.. just hope I can have some luck with it.

I think it would be an extremely good idea if the developers of this site put up a counter for how many women are actually on this site. I have singed up on this website and made my profile complete on the same day about 3 months ago and not one women even winked at me, NOT one!

I wasn't sure where to submit suggestions, so this will have to do.
First, I'm a dude.
Okay, so, since your whole gimmic is based on the idea that guys don't have to spend any money until a girl expresses interest in them, why not have an option for guys to respond to winks (or whatever) on a micro-payment, case-by-case basis?

For example, I've gotten three winks in, like, two months, and two of them were from the same girl. So, in my mind I can't help but wonder if the site is just sending me bogus "winks" to get me to buy a subscription like other sites do, and even if they're legit activity that low isn't worth paying for, especially on a site where once I pay I can't contact anyone.

At the moment, your approach is different, but your business model is the same old thing. That would be okay, except that in this case your busines model doesn't seem to compliment your approach. Any money I give you can only ever buy me contact with the few girls who contact me, it can't buy me the chance to actively attract anyone else, like the other sites do. So, at a minimum the subscription should be an order of magnitude lower than it is. But it would be better if I could just pay a buck to respond to each the girls who wink at me.

From my experiences your success rate of regular dating sites is far better than I've ever gotten, let alone what you claim for your HerWay site. My POF stats are 190 contacts initiated by me, resulting in only 1 face to face meeting. A woman initiated contact with me only about 4 or 5 times which resulted in ZERO face to face meetings. This occurred over a 2+ year period. If I had actually paid money to be on that site for 2 years, I would have been a complete fool. Firstly, my POF experience was worthless, though I did not pay anything for it (thank god). Secondly, I actually did better initiating contact, because it did ultimately result in ONE face to face meeting. If I had only been able to receive contacts instead of initiating them, I would have NEVER had a face to face meeting at all. I equate online dating to panning for gold, so many people attempting to do it and gaining absolutely nothing from it. It is only worth while for the people that create, run and make money from the dating sites, not the "user base" or "members".

It is a little soon for me to make that call for Herway. First, it's a fact that men think logically and women emotionally. (Dr Phil) If you have a rack of dresses with 3 on the rack, they MIGHT pick one before they are ALL gone. (Woo HOO I got the last dress!!) 30 dresses on the rack and they won't be able to make a decision (right away) I'll go and check my shoe collection again. 300 dresses on the rack, they'll just look again tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. I know men are not dresses but, the analogy is correct. I really don't give this a snowballs chance in July but, the unique idea is worth a try. I have empathy for the woman that receives 200 e-mails a day that begin with >Hey Baby!... In the 24 hours since I was approved (I love that) 6 alleged women have looked at my profile, or was it one woman 6 times?
Since they/she have/has looked and decided not to communicate with me, I wonder at what point a guy might say after 3 or 4 hundred views and no one trys to communicate with him, that he does NOT respond when one actually does express an interest. Bummer for the woman.(Nothing says love like a damaged ego. lol not to mention all the thought she put into things before she wrote.) It's a natural human response and not a guy thing or a girl thing ... a human thing. There, that should cause any real professional dating guru to put on their "thinkin cap". I am begging this site to please prove me wrong on this.

This is a great post...Typically the man chases the women only to be rejected. I think men would like the break from chasing and would love to be chased. Look if it hasn't worked out so far why not take a chance on something new. Worst case scenero is you could find what you are looking for after all!

I love HerWay...

First, all I have to do is write about me and if there is a woman out there she tells me she is interested. Men have it pretty easy here. I think it really is harder for the women on this site. If you think otherwise you are fooling yourselves!
