- An error message tells me that my email address is already taken. I don't remember signing up with HerWay before.

- If your email address is already in use and you don't have the password for it go to
www.herway.com/login and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email into the
"Email Address" field and click the "submit" button. A reset password email will be sent to your
email address. Click on the link provided in the email to reset your password. Enter your new password on the "Reset
Password" page and click the "submit" button.

- Why do I get an error message telling me my zip code is not valid?

- U.S. Residents: Make sure that you have the correct country selected for the previous question. If your
zip code will not validate, please visit
zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp and enter in your city and state to verify that your zip code is correct. If your zip code still
won't validate, please contact us at support@herway.com.
- Canadian Residents: Make sure that you have the correct country selected for the previous question. If your
postal code will not validate, please visit
www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/fpc/personal/findByCity?execution=e1s1 and enter in your city and province to verify that your
postal code is correct. If your postal code still won't validate, please contact us at
support@herway.com.
